Keltech Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in the year 1995 by the experienced and qualified promoters having business background in Real Estate Industry since last Twenty Seven years plus.
Now after the Project Kumar Golf Vista at Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad which we have already completed, the Company has started to complete the under construction building “Kumar Imperial Greens” The project's constructing of residential flat of 2/3/4 BHK, situated at Plot no. GH-01 B, Sec-16, Greater Noida West, under the leadership of qualified and experienced Managing Director Mr. Narinder Kumar (Civil Engineer), who himself have an intention to construct beautiful, well designed residential flats with natural light, cross ventilation by following vastu, with beautiful landscapes, greenery and excellent elevations, club, swimming pool to create homes and to provide beautiful shopping spaces for better working.

Mr. Narinder Kumar is a professionally qualified Civil Engineer and had a past experience of more than Ten years in Companies like Bharat Overseas construction Ltd. & Vam Organic Chemicals Ltd. (Now known as Jubilant Organisis Ltd.). He founded this Company in the name & style of “M/s Kumar Estate Linkers” on 17th April 1993. In year 1999, the Company was converted into a Pvt. Ltd. Company known as Kumar Linkers (Estate) Pvt. Ltd. We have worked with renowned builders in Sales & Marketing of their Projects. Then we founded the Company named as Keltech Infrastructure Ltd., which is involved in development of Residential & Commercial Projects in Delhi (NCR).
Mr. Narinder Kumar set up their first office at 7, I. P. Building, U.G.F. 2 & 3, E - 109, Pandav Nagar, (Near Akshardham Temple), Pandav Nagar, Delhi - 110092 with the name Kumar EstateLinkers & Slogan “The Name You Can Trust” and deciding the aim to provide residential property to their clients by their own Goodwill. He started the work with small team and growing their work day by day. Mr. Kumar done every work according to their aim and goal which he haddecided before to start the Kumar Linkers. He setup their offices in different places of Delhi/NCRwith the wide area of Real Estate.
In the 27+ Years of success Kumar Estate Linkers now as Keltech Infrastructure Ltd. work their Head Office in Delhi as well as their Corporate Office in S-11, 2nd Floor, Aditya City Center, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram (Above Kotak Mahindra Bank) Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014.
